About The Artist

Artwork By Caleb Monroe

I am a full-time professional artist from the United States, and my work grows from the visual energy of cities, marked walls, improvised symbols, and large-scale gestural movement. I build paintings through accumulation: broad strokes, interrupted lines, partially erased forms, and controlled passages of intense colour. Although the work is expressive, every layer is considered, and scale is treated as an active part of the composition. I am committed to developing original abstract works that can hold their own in expansive contemporary spaces. For me, artistic freedom depends on discipline, craftsmanship, repetition, and the ability to turn raw energy into a coherent visual structure.
