Timing & Custom-Order Conditions

Custom commissions typically require approximately 3–4 weeks for creation after the brief and payment are confirmed; complex work may take longer. Transit follows final approval and dispatch.

Custom colors or sizes are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Quality and shipping-damage protections still apply. Cancellation before shipment is subject to a US$100 material fee. Read the full conditions.
